Just finished the first solar day and loved it. I have a proposition: When I went to youtube, the one mile walk was there, and so the arms followed it, but the 3rd gear up was not the stretch. I notice it'due south better to become to the actual 14 day site. Simply, the accost to click is located at the bottom of the piddling blurb under the 1 mile walk. I think a lot of people may be confused about how to get to the 14 day challenge site. You should put the address to click at the beginning of the blurb and emphasize it somehow.

I would similar to cheers Schellea for your inspiration. You lot are a bright low-cal shining at the first of my 24-hour interval. I am in NZ but my partner has had to remain in the U.s. from Feb until Nov due to covid19 and work commitments. My trip to the U.k. to see my elderly mother and girl has been put on hold. The upside nosotros are all managing to stay in contact thank you to the internet! Start love your channel and you! I have been using your videos..I was excited for this challenge but was disappointed already ???? sorry to say! Can yous please attempt using some different music in your videos and this isn't much of a challenge especially today..information technology'south only the tertiary day and information technology's just actually a 6 minute AB conditioning. I'm finding it very difficult to get motivated. I know y'all took a poll and people said on Sat & Sunday they wanted light but non the 2d and third day perhaps starting next weekend would have been amend! Delight please new songs!!

I have discovered joy and satisfaction in that I do Not need to compete and "be an athlete" anymore. Today not only was fifty treated to my favourite stretch but introduced to a new longer routine also which fifty recall is fabulous. I have been doing your walking work out for about a month. I have gone from 200+ to under 200. Reached that goal this week. Now that I'grand doing you workout on a daily bases. I would love to run across unlike levels of intensity in each movement low/med/loftier to challenge myself. there are moves I could not do a calendar month ago like standing on my toes for
30 seconds. I did that one for all the 30 seconds for the first time today. Love all the walk and toning in one workout. AWSOME!!!!! I need to loss more and I know if I stick to your workouts everyday. It will happen. I lose 1 to 3 pounds a month and I keeps going down.

I have never been in favour of vigorous do programmes. Whatever your age is they merely offer unnecessary stress which does more impairment than adept. Little has changed biologically since we have become erect. What we need is 'continuous activity' which is non also strenuous. I take been post-obit the 14 day claiming and I am very much enjoying information technology. It works the major musculus groups gives a little flake of centre rate and sweat. I just wanted to tell you lot that at the stop of the kickoff twenty-four hours of the 14-Day Challenge, when I placed my hands on my face I felt a release and then sobbed for a few seconds! What?! Anyone else, or exercise I need professional intervention? Actually, I am enjoying these routines and so much. I am absolutely LOVING this! I showtime constitute Fabled 50s back in early May and have worked out with y'all every day since. Even the challenge mean solar day I "took off" (information technology was well-nigh 100 degrees here and I have no a/c) I notwithstanding did a couple of the stretching ones and a flooring workout. I tin can really tell how my body has "tightened up" and that my strength and stamina take definitely increased. And at historic period 70, I'g hither to tell you that's pretty fabulous! Can't believe the claiming is nigh ane/2 way over! Been doing all the exercising and ever look forward to the next day. I've never been able to stick with an exercise program before, until now. Also, you are correct – smiling while you lot work out really does help! Never would accept idea of information technology. You are merely full of great ideas! I am 66 with lots of weight to lose, but after doing your programs since March, I am well on my manner to making a deviation in my life. When this pandemic is finally over and I return to church, I tin't wait to see everyone's reaction when I have dropped down a few clothes sizes!

I am having SO MUCH FUN with this claiming. I call back we should exercise information technology several times each yr! Maybe quarterly. Schellea, you don't take to record different videos, you take and so many practiced ones already. I like having a plan each mean solar day, and I usually do more than is suggested.
I especially similar the walking workouts. I walk outside every twenty-four hours, so I didn't call back I demand them, but they are very, very, fun and good for me!!

We think it's fantastic. Husband and I have been doing the thirty minute fast walk routine with Schellea throughout the quarantine period. We have enjoyed it then much. We both decided to do the fourteen solar day challenge. I am almost 60 and hubby is about seventy. I enjoy your 14 mean solar day challenge. As before long as I wake upward in the morn I offset my day with your 14 day's work out plus additional workouts. For eg I practise arms, knees, belly, legs, balancing and walking work outs extracted from your website everyday. Am I doing too much? I just started to follow your exercises videos and I love them. I am on the 11th day of the fourteen challenge. I love the fact that these 14 days are versatile. I don't go bored and I look forward to the side by side solar day. I would like to continue to repeat the xiv days challenge, until y'all come up up with like challenge exercises for a longer menses of time. I do iii videos on toning arms two with dumbells and one without + one of the 14 days. All together, I do an hour and half exercises every day. I need to tone my arms. I'yard on Twenty-four hour period 12 today, I'one thousand loving the xiv day challenge. I feel more flexible than when I started and I've lost 5lbs. When I finish I'grand going to first it all over once more. Thanks Schellea yous are an inspiration.

I am 65! Finished your 14 day claiming on August sixth. Kept me motivated, because sometimes I merely do not feel like exercising. I have arthritis in both hips, so some of the leg raising exercises were too painful for me to consummate. Rested yesterday, will beginning dorsum up today. Thanks.

Then far ???? so proficient. I am working my fashion through the 14 day claiming. When I accept completed the claiming I think I will use your template to customize a 14 routine that works around my schedule; i.e. shorter routines on busy days and longer routines on weekends. The brusk routines are wonderful as even on a very busy day I can do a few of the short routines. Thank you ???? for creating the workout routines.

Unremarkably I play badminton comps mixed doubles two-iii days plus my walking with the dog.

I completed the 14 day claiming on 8/9/10! It has now given me conviction to continue on to exercise every day. And if I miss a 24-hour interval, that okay or if I can simply exercise 1 of your videos, that's okay! Thanks!

Greetings from my piffling corner of isolation in Florida! I finished the Challenge and also feeling fitter, I lost a couple of pounds:) This Challenge took me out of my condolement zone. I always do continuing exercises. Rarely practice I do flooring workouts and I never do extra stretching. I thought the daily exercises complimented each other and enjoyed doing them. Even though I left the 50's a few years agone, doing your routines makes me feel like I'm yet in my Fabulous fifty's! Thank you!

I finished! Yay me, and yay us! Dear beloved love that each mean solar day is a different fix up and not a echo of the day before. This has been a catalyst to keep it going and not lose momentum. Although I walk an additional ii.25 miles to this conditioning, information technology became clear my walk only was non enough — as my strong muscles reminded me! Practiced wakeup phone call, I'd say! Love how I tin can choice and cull my workouts from your selections. Thanks for your hard work to give this to united states!

I only want to thank you then much. Not just my trunk is getting healthier so is my attitude. I eake upwardly feeling as though the Dominicus is Shining on me, when it's snowing outside. I can run into and experience the departure, a Positive Difference. I do a different workout each day, if feeling energized, I'll do 2. Give thanks you once again !😊
Thank y'all then much for your positive attitude during such a hard time. The pandemic has created so much change and so many unknowns. I teach at the elementary level. The day to day struggle to stay condom while teaching in-person and virtually was wearing me downwards. And then I discovered you on YouTube. I honey working out, merely I was getting bored with my normal get-to's. I am not yet in my l's merely I love your workouts and practical advice for taking care of oneself. You are the calm I was looking for in my workouts. I do your workouts in the morning before schoolhouse, during my lunch fourth dimension at school when the kids are not in the room, and later on school before leaving for the twenty-four hour period to go dwelling. Information technology has helped immensely with feet. Thanks! See you tomorrow morning, brilliant and early!

I did the 3500 -stride walk with weights (?part of the challenge??), so volition start at day two and proceed from in that location I think, only moving them around to suit my commitments. Gr8 likewise, since I tend to exercise a conditioning in the morning so veg for the rest of the 24-hour interval – this way, I can spread them out to keep me active all twenty-four hour period (and get to bed sooner?!) Love your encouragement.

On mean solar day 7 of the January challenge. I'grand loving the workouts. Nosotros are in our 3rd lockdown here in Ireland and honestly these workouts really go on my spirit up. I'k 62 and still similar working out ….sometimes!!

I Started this 14 mean solar day claiming to stay in shape for camping ground. I started on Monday of this calendar week and afterward just four days I am loving these workouts! Easy to follow, short and they work muscles I oasis't worked in a while. I practice my one mile and 30 minute walks outside (because I live in an area that is very suitable for outdoor exercise). I use 3lb weights for the 10 minute Arm Conditioning over 50. I can't wait to complete the xiv twenty-four hours claiming and run into the results!

I am so happy that I plant your channel. I have been working out every day since January 1 2021. I missed three days due to illness, but made up for it afterwards. I feel corking. My mobility and my flexibility have vastly improved, as well as my strength. My granddaughters all dance and they have great joy when I evidence them what I can do now and are educational activity me some of their dance moves. I really dear the 10 infinitesimal stretch. Information technology releases and then much anxiety and stress and I experience dandy afterwards. I have completed your 14 day challenge twice. I salve the ones I love and proceed track of the ones you lot say should be washed every 24-hour interval or and so many times a calendar week and am creating my own routine. I have 1 hour every morning all to myself, for myself.
I take Chiliad.E.R.D. and ever since I started taking your apple cider vinegar batter I accept less acrid reflex, heartburn and chest pain. All the symptoms have lessened. And information technology tastes then skillful the fashion yous have put information technology together. I love cinnamon.

Hi, I've just printed the accountability record, merely it just gives me the get-go 7 days of the challenge – I've noticed that when I try downloading the challenge every bit well – you get half. I idea this Is cld be do with Windows, just cld it be a fault with the Fab 50 web blueprint? Has anyone else had similar issues?

Yep I had the like thing happen when I downloaded the challenge Information technology said it was the 7-day challenge simply it was only 7 days. I had to do it again and information technology was the xiv-days. My device is a tablet, non Windows but could be it was created on Windows and may be an outcome with the scroll. You how Windows are Microsoft thinks information technology can control everything.

I just found your videos and accept done the abdomen workout and arm workout (no equipment) twice now. At 60+, it seems harder to keep these areas toned. I am hooked on your workouts already!
Your comments led me to fabulous50s.com and so here I am. I dearest your warm tone and these workouts are energizing. I will give the challenge a look although I am not certain I demand a walk workout with 10km+ bike rides and/or an hour of walking with an Alsatian. 🙂

I'thousand now on mean solar day 7 of the xiv day challenge, and I'one thousand loving it. ❤️ You are an inspiration. The exercises appear quite simple, but later on each session I can really experience that burn. I always feel like I've had a skilful conditioning and that really sets me upwards for the twenty-four hour period ahead.
